Delivery Information

1. Next day delivery is available for goods that are held in stock, weighing less than 20kg and for ZONE A, only if the order has been made before 11 am (availability applies). Posting by Royal Mail is excluded.

2. The estimated dispatch time for all Phoenix products is 5 - 7 working days. Please call our sales team on 0161 745 9167 if you need it sooner.

3. Goods that are 20 kg or more should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days after dispatch. We shall take responsibility for the dispatch time stated on the listing; however, we are not responsible for the delays caused by any couriers.

4. Delivery times and dates are given in good faith and all reasonable endeavours will be made to comply with them, but the dates and times are estimated only. The delivery terms and conditions of any contract are no guarantee, so we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from any delay in delivery.

ZONE A: All Postcodes in England and Wales, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA(except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3

ZONE B: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49, PH50, Northern Ireland

ZONE C: HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man, Channel Islands

ZONE D: Republic of Ireland

All orders over £500 are entitled to free delivery. This service is only available for deliveries to ZONE A.

6. All Jacuzzi baths shall take 10-15 working days to be made and delivered. They will be specifically made for your requirements, therefore are non-returnable or refundable.

7. All deliveries will be tried once. Any unsuccessful deliveries returned back to us due to your un-availability will result in the postage being charged again. In order to avoid this, please reply to the card that is left by the courier as soon as possible.

8. Please make sure that the goods received are complete and in perfect condition before you sign for the delivery.  Please sign the delivery note as unchecked if you are unable to check your goods while the delivery driver waits. We are unable to claim from the courier for damaged goods if they are signed for as 'ok' and this may affect your claim from us if you later find that the goods are damaged.

9. Saturday delivery can be arranged. Please call our sales team on 0161 745 9167 to get a quote.

10. For big items, e.g. beds, mattresses, sofas, sofa beds etc. we are only responsible for delivery to your building, not to your room.
