Damaged & Faulty Goods
On discovering any defects in the goods, the buyer shall inform us by telephone, message or email within 2 working days after delivery and provide necessary evidence within 5 working days of the damage or fault being discovered. Evidence submitted after the deadline may result in an unsuccessful claim. Free replacement or refund is available. We will not replace goods without proof of damage or fault. Photos will be required.
We shall not be liable for any claims made in respect of costs incurred by the buyer in fitting, installing, reinstalling or fixing the damaged or faulty goods. Our liability shall be limited to replacing damaged or faulty goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s guarantee.
