Damaged & Faulty Goods

You are strongly recommended to inspect your goods on delivery or soon after delivery. On discovering any perceivable damages of the goods, the buyer shall inform us by telephone, message or email within 2 working days after delivery and provide necessary evidence within 5 working days of the damage being discovered. Free replacement is available. Any defects or faults shown during usage shall be informed within 2 working days after shown. Any return cost will not be reimbursed.

Evidence submitted after the deadline may result in an unsuccessful claim.

We will not replace goods without proof of damage or fault. Photos will be required.

We shall not be liable for any claims made in respect of costs incurred by the buyer in fitting, installing, reinstalling or fixing the damaged or faulty goods. Our liability shall be limited to replacing damaged or faulty goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s guarantee.

The free gift is not eligible for exchange, replacement or refund.
